raf has been bugging me to update my blog. eh sa tinatamad ako mag-blog eh, and i'm busy with my kajologan with the PBB celebrity edition! and not to mention the ever kulit butchokoy hovering around everytime i'm in front of the PC and his father wun chong who makes singit to play online poker! grrr kainis...

anyhoo, we'll check out an open house tomorrow. earlier today we checked out a townhouse in the dorset park area. our realtor just wanted us to see all the available townhouses in the area. $250k for a 13yr old townhouse with no basement, no fireplace and very old appliances, nah! and it looks a little worn out inside but the outside of the townhouse looks immaculate and it's just beside the dorset park that's why the price is like that. thanks, but no thanks, dami pa naman dyan iba...

we love our realtor and butchokoy adores her and smothers her with hugs and kisses whenever we see her...
